Kuduro is a style of music native to Angola (North Africa), kuduro literally translates to "hard ass".
It's being hailed as the new baile funk by pretty much every blog in the universe.
I don't know but I like this track heaps. It's by an outfit called Buraka Som Sistema.

Just saw the Midnight Juggs European tour diary.

Pretty much the best thing ever. They are about to get the recognition they deserve as one of the best bands in the world.

The Softlightes are Modular's first US signing. This video was made by Kris Moyes who's done videos for the Presets and Cut Copy etc.

I really like this clip but I reckon their other song Girlkillsbear is the winner. Especially the Lo-Fi Fnk remix.

Le Castle Vania is from Atlanta, Georgia. It's the remix and production side of a guy called DJ DJ Dylan.

It looks like he's coming to Adelaide soon to play at Dropout Boogie.
